Collard Greens

Every year at Thanksgiving & Christmas it is tradition in my own family to go to a local field & pick out our greens and then come back and wash, chop & cook them, of coarse I always do tons of extras to put into bags and freeze for later for meals throughout the winter. I love doing this with my boys & Bobby. I will post exactly how I prepare and cook mine on my recipe page for those who are interested.
