Long Grain Rice with Veggies

I love all types of rice, I love cooking it different ways and adding different ingredients. Today I made it cooked in vegetable broth with onions, salt & pepper grill mix with garlic. After cooking for about 20 minutes I added thinly sliced carrots and some collard greens that I chopped in the Ninja. Then I turned it off and let it set for the rice to become tender and it was so delicious. This type of rice takes longer than others I have cooked but we love the texture of it. I used the Lundgerg Jubilee which can be purchased at your local Wamart. It is very nice served on greens and topped with a raw veggie of your choice.
