We all love quinoa in my home. Today I cooked it in vegetable broth along with onions, garlic, fresh chopped cranberries, salt & pepper. I also added some cooked egg whites for texure and taste. It is very tasty served hot or cold.  Serve on either lettuce bed or Kale with some fresh cranberries and toasted whole almonds for a nice presentation.
